My order should have arrived long ago, but it hasn't. What should I do?
Please take the following steps:
- Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
- Check the tracking link of your order
- Ask your post office if the package is there.
- Ask your neighbors if the package was delivered to them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at info@all4speed.de and state your order number.
If you have found an error in your delivery address, unfortunately we cannot send a replacement order.
Where will my order be shipped from?
all4speed works with a print on demand company from Germany that handles the orders!
How and where are the products created?
all4speed works with a print-on-demand company from Germany that handles the orders! Fair production in Germany and sustainable production are both important to all4speed. For textile products, all4speed offers raw products from STANLEY/STELLA, among others, which are refined during the production process by the print-on-demand service provider. These products are marked as ORGANIC in the shop.
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to info@all4speed.de . We will find a solution with you as soon as possible!
