It usually takes 2 - 5 business days to process an order and then it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

• Germany: 2 - 5 working days
• Other EU, Switzerland and UK: 6 - 8 working days

The shipping costs are calculated automatically at check out and shown to you transparently before completing your order. These are primarily based on the destination of your order. all4speed ships to Germany, the EU, Switzerland and the UK.

The shipping costs indicated are guidelines:

Germany:

4.95€ - shipping costs are waived for orders over 75€.

Austria:

6.95 € for all order values

Other EU, Switzerland and UK:

7.95€ for all order values

Customs costs when shipping to non-EU countries

All our orders are shipped from Germany and when shipping to countries outside the European Union, import duties and other taxes may apply over which all4speed has no control and for which all4speed is not responsible. Customs clearance procedures may result in delays beyond the original estimated delivery times. Policies vary from country to country, so we recommend that you check with your local office for clearance procedures.

All costs incurred in connection with customs are to be borne by the buyer, as these cannot be influenced by all4speed and cannot be paid or declared.

Shipping can be carried out via various logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, Deutsche Post and Asendia. The print-on-demand service provider selects the service provider depending on the shipment size, weight and delivery location.

DHL Packstation and pick-ups at the post office/DHL

Shipping to a Packstation within Germany is possible. Please make sure to enter your postal code in the "Address supplement/company" field. Please enter the term "Packstation" and the number of your Packstation in the "Street and house number" field. Shipments with a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm are suitable for receipt via PACKSTATION.
If the DHL delivery person does not find you at the delivery address and cannot deliver your package to a recipient you have designated, you will receive a notification card. You can then use this card to collect your package from the specified branch upon presentation of an ID within the storage period of 7 working days. If you do not collect the package within the storage period or DHL does not find you even after repeated delivery attempts, the package will be returned to all4speed as undeliverable.
